I’ve been an avid reader since the time I could crawl. I remember laying on the floor in the hallway with my picture books and my cat Suzie. Suzie would read along with me and if I turned the pages too fast she would take her paw and turn them back until she was ‘finished’.
Science Fiction/Fantasy is my all time favoourite but really I have very eclectic tastes. I’ll give any author at least one chance to ‘get my attention’. Whether I ever pick up another book by that author depends on what they put into that first novel.
